Booking Terms and Conditions.
Full payment is required prior to the course starting by bank transfer.
Registration is via a form emailed to you and once returned and payment made in full you will be accepted onto the course.
If you cancel 2 weeks before a course then a full refund will be granted less £15.00 administration fee.
After you have attended the first session no refunds will be given.
I require a minimum number of participants to run group courses. If I have not reached this number I reserve the right to cancel the course. A full refund will be given in these circumstances.
If you have any queries about any of the above please feel free to contact me directly. I do try to be as accommodating as possible and understand what life is like being a parent.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING T'S & C'S APPLY OVER THE COMING MONTHS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
We are all in this together and therefore flexibility is key to ensuring we can all enjoy being out and about, however there are strict guidelines to adhere to when hiring venues for group classes.
Should face to face classes be cancelled following either government guidelines either on a local or national level the course will automatically transfer to online via Zoom, on the same day and time the course was scheduled. No refunds or transfers will be given if classes are cancelled for reasons out of my control.
Please DO NOT attend a session if you display any symptoms indicative of Covid-19 - if further courses are running in this instance you will be transferred onto a future course with no additional charges.
If I develop Covid-19 ( or a member of my family develops these symptoms ) I shall postpone classes or provide online alternatives until I am no longer an infection risk. No refunds shall be given in these circumstances.
