BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 . Full payment is required prior to the course starting by bank transfer. 

 . Registration is via the form on the booking page, I will reply to the form with the payment details and once payment is made in full you will be accepted onto the course. 

 . Babies are to be under 1 year of age at the time of course completion.

 . Parents must supervise and be responsible for the welfare of their babies at all times whilst attending classes

 . Parents are responsible for gaining GP or Consultants advice and clearance for baby massage if their child has any illness, injury, disability or special needs prior to or during the course.

 , Calmpalms Infant Massage will not be liable for any loss, damages injury that may occur in or outside the venue.

 . Your instructor is a certified infant massage instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage.

 . Your instructor is Is covered by Public Liability Insurance.

 . All discussion content shared between attending parents should be kept confidential.

 . Calmpalms Infant Massage respects your rights to privacy and will protect the general information which you have provided in you your booking form. We will not share your information with 3rd parties and will protect your data from misuse , unauthorised access, disclosure and alterations to the best of its ability.

 . If Covid restrictions means our face to face classes have to be cancelled the course will continue online via Zoom. 

. If you feel unwell or your baby is unwell please do not attend the session. The room is small and we are sat closely together so this is to avoid spreading coughs and colds.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

​

 . Cancellation within 14 days of the course starting or withdrawing during a course is classed as a cancellation and no refund for the course or the remaining sessions will be given. An alternative course will be offered subject to availability.

 . Cancellation of the course outside of 14 days will receive a full refund minus £10.00 administration fee.

. We understand that a class may sometimes be missed. We are under no obligation to refund missed classes. Our costs remain the same regardless of attendance. An alternative sessions may be offered subject to availability.

Photography  & Media Consent.

. As a qualified instructor I like to capture my classes via photography to use for advertising, social media purposes and sharing with the group.

By ticking the media consent box on the booking form your consent and agreement with the following is notwithstanding.

I nearby authorise the IAIM Certified Infant Massage Instructor ( AnnA Jonathan) to publish photographs taken of me and my baby for use in  their print, online and video based marketing materials.

I understand that no personal information such as names, will be used in any publications unless express consent is given. I hereby release and hold harmless the CIMI from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.

I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with he taking or publication of these photographs or participating in marketing marerials or other publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release the CIMI and third parties involved in the creation of publication of marketing materials from liability of any claims by me or third party in connection with my participation.
